Here you will find current prices for our psychology services: consultations, tests and assessments, couples therapy, supervision and certificates. The total cost depends on the number of sessions — most people see a psychologist for between 2 and 8 sessions.

Prices for psychology services
All prices are for MobilePay or cash payment after the consultation. If you have a referral from your GP, the price is lower and set by the region. Column 1: psychologist (cand.psych.) · column 2: psychology student (stud.psych.) under supervision.
Prices valid for 2026. Prices are adjusted on 1 January 2027, when a 45-minute consultation will cost 1,300 DKK; other prices are adjusted proportionally.

Ways to reduce the cost
Psychologist treatment with subsidies
GP referral
Sygeforsikringen Danmark
As a member you can have part of the price reimbursed — read more at Danmark. Let us know before your sessions start, and we will report it at the consultation together with payment. Please note that Danmark does not subsidise sessions with all of our consultants.
Health insurance
Private or employer-paid health insurance often covers psychologist sessions. Terms vary widely, so read your policy carefully to make sure your consultations are covered. Let us know before your first session, and we can help clarify whether you are covered with us. Note that couples therapy is generally not covered by insurance.
50 % off with psychology students
Our skilled psychology students offer sessions at half price — under ongoing supervision by experienced psychologists. Students typically take on new clients every six months. Offered in Copenhagen. Read more here.
Trade union: Some trade unions pay for psychologist sessions for their members — check with your union before you start.
Good to know
Payment and sessions
You pay after each consultation by MobilePay or cash — online consultations are prepaid when you book. Urgent slots and sessions outside normal working hours carry a 200 DKK surcharge.
Most courses last 2–8 sessions, depending on your goals and what you want to work on.
Prepaid packages
With a prepaid package (7 consultations or 5 × couples therapy) you save up to 14 % — and you can safely decide after your first session.
